The purpose of the Sharing Circle is to give women a safe space to let go and share themselves without fear of judgment, shame, or rejection. This circle's purpose is not to solve problems, provide feedback, life coach, offer therapy, or network. Instead, it is a safe space to be heard, seen, and believed. Every woman takes an active, equal role in sharing and supporting. Having a voice in a safe space of confidentiality is powerfully therapeutic and instills a strong connection among women in our community. The Sharing Circle is a key ingredient in all our retreats, and we are making it more accessible to the community with this 1 1/4-hour special event.
