4:00 Somatic Movement & Dance Release with Michelle (after a day of sharing, we will need this time to let it all sink in, flow through our body, and move it out)

* "Free Being Time" is unstructured free space in the day to choose what resonates with your needs. Indulge in one of the amenities or activities below, or read a book, journal, sketch, rest, nap, etc. If you are receiving a massage or photoshoot, it will be scheduled during this time.
