We will be staying in 4 shared cabins with 8 bunks per cabin. Each cabin has a shared bathroom with shower and hot water. There is ample space between the bunks for privacy and storage. We encourage you to decorate your bunk because it's fun! See some examples below.

Cabins
Raised post & pier cabins with locked doors.

Inside the Cabins
There are 8 bunks per cabin. There is plenty of space between the bunks for privacy and storage. You may also wish to decorate and hang cloth over your bunk space for privacy and individuality.

Bunks
Each bunk may or may not have a mattress pad (they are slowly disappearing). The beds are hard. Bring your own cot-sized foam pad (or two) or small mattress pad for comfort. Bedding is not included.

Bathroom
Each cabin has a sink, toilet, and shower with hot water.

Dining Lodge
We will have a large dining lodge all to ourselves. Half the space will be used for our sharing circles at night.

Gathering Space
For the daytime.

Open Space!
There is plenty of space for all of our activities and then some!

Abundant Trails
At an elevation of 2,000 feet on the windward slopes of Mauna Kea volcano, Kalopa Native Forest State Park is a hidden gem!

Beautiful Nature all around
The 100-acre rainforest contains many native species of trees and shrubs. Some of them are classified as rare and/or endangered.
