Sisterhood-Sharing Bag

Wild Women Hawai‘i retreats are sacred spaces for rest, reflection, and reconnection - completely free from stress, work, debate, and networking.
This is not a place to market, promote, or hustle. It’s a sanctuary for your soul. We invite you to leave all outside roles and responsibilities behind and gift yourself a full weekend of uninterrupted peace, presence, and personal renewal.
We invite you to set aside titles, tasks, and to-do lists - to remember who you are beyond what you do.
Our retreats are a soft landing place, designed to cultivate trust, ease, and open-hearted connection. For a few precious days, we release the grip of work, solicitation, conflict, and commercialism - and instead, we simply be. No selling, no striving - just space to breathe, connect, and return to yourself.
We wholeheartedly believe in women uplifting women, and we’ve created a mindful way to honor that while preserving the sacred nature of our retreat space:
To support one another without disrupting the flow of presence and peace we've created together, we invite you to contribute to our Sisterhood Sharing Bag. This special offering will be gifted to each guest at the end of the retreat to open in their own time, once they’ve returned home.
You’re welcome to include a business card, a small handcrafted item, or a simple token of sisterhood — not as a pitch, but as a gesture. This ensures that support and connection continue beyond the retreat without shifting the energy into promotion, pressure, or distraction.
We ask that no marketing or solicitation take place during the retreat. Offerings may quietly be placed in our craft corner or scholarship closet, when offered, which directly supports access to our summer community retreat. Beyond that, we kindly request that everyone uphold the shared agreement of sacred space. Those who do not honor this boundary may not be invited to future events, as maintaining the integrity of our container is a deep priority.
If you have questions or would like to explore this policy further, please feel free to email us at wildwomenhawaii@gmail.com. We're always open to honest, kind-hearted dialogue.
The Sisterhood Sharing Bag is also a beautiful space for gifting.
Many women choose to bring small tokens of love to share with their retreat sisters — heartfelt items like friendship bracelets, candles, affirmations, or handmade treasures. Think of it as a grown-up goodie bag, filled with intention and connection.
You're welcome to include your social media handle or email if you'd like to stay in touch — a soft offering, never a pitch. These thoughtful gifts are a sweet way to carry the sisterhood home.
All sisters are welcome to contribute to the Sisterhood Sharing Bag, as long as your offering is:
-
Safe and legal
-
Free of strong fragrance oils (for the well-being of all guests)
-

-
Clearly labeled, especially if it includes ingredients (for gifts like teas or treats)

-
Reasonably sized (so everything fits comfortably in one bag)
-
Shelf-stable - no refrigeration needed
-
Spill-proof and securely packaged

In harmony with the mission and spirit of Wild Women Hawai’i
Thank you for honoring the sacredness of this space with your thoughtful, heart-centered contributions.

Contributing to the Sisterhood-Sharing Bag
If you'd like to include something in our Sisterhood-Sharing Bag, please bring your items with you when you arrive - prepackaged, ready to go, and with one gift for each guest (including yourself). Since the bags aren’t labeled with names, everyone receives the same bundle of love.
To honor the retreat's peaceful and non-commercial environment, we ask that you do not distribute, share, or market your offerings in the retreat space at any time - before, during, or after the event.
Simply hand your Sharing Bag contributions to us at check-in. We’ll keep them safe and lovingly sort them into individual totes for each guest. These will be gifted on the final day of the retreat as a special takeaway to open once you’re home, extending the magic just a little longer.
A Note About the Sisterhood-Sharing Bag
Wild Women Hawai’i does not endorse or assume responsibility for any products or services included in the Sisterhood-Sharing Bag. This offering is created purely as a community gift - an opportunity for sisters to share from the heart, whether it’s a handmade treasure, a token of love, or a glimpse into the work they do.
The intention is to honor each woman’s path while preserving the sacred, trusting energy of the retreat. The choice to explore, connect, or support one another’s offerings happens after the retreat, in your own time and space.
