Exploring the Benefits of Wild Women Hawai'i Wellness Retreats

Updated: Aug 28

Wild Women Hawai'i retreats are welcoming, peaceful events to revitalize women’s wellness.

Oxford reference states that “Wellness is achieved by a combination of emotional, environmental, mental, physical, social, and spiritual health.”

The Global Wellness Institute defines wellness as “the active pursuit of activities, choices and lifestyles that lead to a state of holistic health”. Holistic is defined as an interconnectedness of all human factors including (but not limited to) physical, mental, and social factors. The whole woman.

Ironically, Pfizer’s definition of wellness includes “the act of practicing healthy habits to attain better physical and mental health outcomes, so that instead of just surviving, you're thriving.

Wild Women Hawai'i retreats are welcoming, peaceful events that revitalize women’s personal wellness and ignite community wellness. They also bring us back to our roots as women, which in many ways heals us with ancestral wellness. We tend to think of the immediacy of our lives. But what we do in the here and now can have an impact on future generations, just as our ancestral grandmothers and grandfathers have had an effect on our lives today in some way.
