The Wisdom of Movement | Finding Healing Beyond Words

Updated: 6 days ago

By Michelle Gallagher Escobar

Movement has always been part of my life, long before I had words for what I was feeling.

When I started dancing as a teenager, it offered me a way to process what language couldn’t reach.

Today, my movement looks different.

It’s slower.

More somatic.

It’s about listening to the truths my body carries, and letting them move through me.

This isn’t about performance.

It’s about returning to self.

To softness.

To the truths our bodies have held all along.

An Invitation

If you’re longing for deeper connection to your body and inner knowing, you’re invited to explore the healing practices we cultivate at Wild Women Hawai‘i.

With warmth,

Michelle
