What Kind of Retreat Is This?

Updated: 5 days ago

In a wellness world full of labels and expectations, I take pride in what this retreat makes space for.

It’s not a course or a training.

Not something to master or achieve.

It doesn’t ask you to perform, produce, or even grow.

It simply asks you to slow down… and listen.

This is a space that makes room.

For what’s real.

For what your body already knows.

For peace—not as a concept, but as something you can feel.

What You Might Experience

Over five unhurried days, you’ll be gently supported by:

  • Guided rest and reflection

  • Forest bathing and slow wanders

  • Simple breath-based invitations for calm

  • Soothing sound baths and quiet moments of stillness

  • Shared meals, evening circles, and time to be with your thoughts

Just gentle rhythms, simple care, and a steady return to yourself.

What It’s Not

Sometimes it’s easier to understand what it is by clarifying what it’s not:

  • Not a yoga retreat—no flows, no poses, no pressure to move a certain way

  • Not a meditation retreat, though the forest will quiet your mind

  • Not a sisterhood retreat, though you’ll be gently held in community

  • Not a hiking or adventure retreat, though you’ll walk the land with reverence

  • Not a dance retreat, though you might feel your body want to move

  • Not a self-improvement or learning retreat, though you may remember what brings you home

This is not about categories.

It’s about peace.

What You Will Find Here

  • Nature immersion in a rare Hawaiian cloud forest

  • Warm, nourishing meals

  • Time to yourself each afternoon

  • Shared circles each night

  • Gentle rhythm and care

  • No pressure to be anyone but yourself

It’s simple.

It’s quiet.

It’s sacred.

It’s Softly.

A retreat for women who want to come home to themselves—through the land, through the quiet, through a kind of peace that doesn’t need to be earned.

Registration is open until July 4.

Commentaires

This is a space for women who feel quietly drawn.
Not to lead or teach, but to be in it—together.
To walk softly beside what’s unfolding.
To stay close to what matters.
If that feels like you, welcome.

Stay close to the rhythm.
