TENTATIVE SCHEDULE - The retreat schedule is designed to flow organically, adapting to the group's collective energy and needs. While we have outlined a thoughtful itinerary, activities may slightly shift to ensure a harmonious and fulfilling experience for everyone. Our Support Circles on Saturday are optional: attend them all or select what fits your needs.

Friday:

  • 3-4:30 PM  Relaxed Arrival - check-in, settle in, acclimate, enjoy tea/coffee and a snack (main house)

  • 5:00 Dinner

  • 6:00 Welcome Circle

  • 7:00 Empowering Women's Ritual and Campfire

  • 10:00 Sweet Dreams!

 

Saturday:

  • 8:00 Breakfast

  • 9:00 AM Circle (what to expect for the day)

  • 9:30 Methods for Meditation with Michelle

  • 10:00 Optional - "Tapping into the Past" Grief Support Circle with Verna (or Free Being*)

  • 12-1 Lunch 

  • 1:00 Optional - “Honoring the Transition” Midlife Support Circle (or Free Being*)

  • 3:00 Optional - "Mama knows best" Mothering Support Circle (or Free Being*)

  • 5:00 Dinner

  • 6:00 Movement Therapy and Somatic Dance Release with Michelle

  • 7:30 Women's Ritual and Campfire Gathering - guests are invited to bring instruments, drums, songs, etc.

  • 10:00 Sweet Dreams!

 

Sunday:

  • 7:00 Breakfast

  • 8:00 RAW Cacao Ceremony & Preparation Meditation with RAW Photographer Jamie

  • 9:00-12:00 RAW Photography Experience and Free Being*

  • Noon Lunch 

  • 1:00 - 4:00 RAW Photography Experience and Free Being*

  • 4:00 RAW Reveal Ceremony & Love Notes with Jamie

  • 5:00 Dress-up Dinner - wear hats, scarves, tutus, boas, skirts, gloves, etc.

  • 6:00 Sunset Vintage Dance Release with Michelle

  • 7:00 Talking-Sharing Circle 

  • 8:00 Campfire Gathering - guests are invited to bring a talent or song to share with the group (instruments, poems, songs, dances, etc)!

  • 10:00 Sweet Dreams!

 

Monday:

  • 8:00 Breakfast

  • 9:00 Closing Circle

  • 10:00 Departure

    • Receive Sharing Bags

    • See you next time!

 

*Free Being is unstructured free space in the day to choose what you wish. You may want to meditate, read a book, journal, sketch, rest, nap, or indulge in one of the self-led invitations this retreat has to offer. If you are receiving a massage, it will be scheduled during this time.

  • Soak in the outdoor hot springs tubs

  • Dip in the plunge pool

  • Forest bathe along the Steam Vent Trail

  • Meditate (we will give you some ideas in our morning meditation)

  • Rest!

  • enJOY self-led lawn activities (hula hoop, jump rope, dancing, etc)

  • Peruse through the Craft Corner & Scholarship Closet

  • Pop-up offerings from other guests (on Sunday)
