Substance-free: no alcohol, drugs, smoking, or vaping.

Fragrance-free: please avoid perfumes and strong scents.
-
This is a closed retreat — participants are asked to remain on-site and present for scheduled activities and circles. Within that structure, you’re always encouraged to honor your body and rest as needed.
-
Confidentiality is essential: personal stories may not be shared outside the retreat.
-
No photos or video of other participants; official retreat media will be shared afterward.
-
Technology use should be minimized to support peaceful presence.
-
Outdoor activities are included; please participate at your own pace and comfort.
-
Meals are vegetarian and prepared in a kitchen that may handle common allergens; dietary needs must be listed in advance.
-
All participants agree to treat one another with kindness and respect. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal without refund.
-
This is a non-commercial, non-proselytizing space. Please refrain from marketing or promoting religious or political views.
-
Wild Women Hawai'i honors Native Hawaiian culture. Non-indigenous participants are asked not to perform or lead Hawaiian practices such as hula or oli.
