Below is a copy of the documents you will sign when booking a retreat. Please read the information below carefully and thoroughly before booking. The completed and legally signed DocuSign documents are required before your booking can be confirmed. Additional releases may be required depending on retreat offerings.

At this time, we do not oﬀer alternative methods. Wild Women Hawai'i will contact you within

24 hours after your completed registration to confirm your eligibility and participation in the

event. Refusal to complete the forms will result in a refund according to the refund policy.

By booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that govern the

relationship, the cancellation policy, and limitations of liability. These Terms and Conditions

aﬀect your rights and designate the governing law and forum for the resolution of any and all

disputes. Please read them carefully as you will be bound by them. These Terms shall

constitute the entire agreement between Wild Women Hawai'i LLC ("Wild Women Hawai'i") and

the participant relating to the subject matter herein and shall constitute a binding agreement.

Cancellation Policy

* 80% refund of the total* paid for cancellation 60+ days before the event start date.

* 50% refund of the total* paid for cancellation 45-59 days before the event start date.

* 0% refund for cancellation 0-44 days before the event start date.

You are entitled to a refund* if the event is canceled and not rescheduled by Wild Women Hawai'i within 90 days of the cancellation.

*Third-party payment and booking fees are nonrefundable under all circumstances.

Third-party payment and booking fees are not included in the Cancellation Policy.

The Cancellation Policy does not allow exceptions. CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) trip

insurance is highly recommended in case of unforeseen circumstances.

By attending this event, you agree to the following:

Violations of the terms and conditions of this agreement may result in immediate excusal from the event without a refund.
This event is intended as a safe space for adult women.
Guests and pets will not be allowed into the event area at any time.
This is a rain-or-shine event.
This event is free from alcohol, drugs, vaping, and smoking.
Wild Women Hawai’i retreats are perfume-free. We respectfully request that you do not wear or bring perfume or other fragrances.
This event is free from all weapons.
You, the Attendee, alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions and actions, and results in life, and by your participation in our Retreat, you agree not to attempt to hold Wild Women Hawai’i LLC nor our assigns, sponsors, speakers, partners, contractors or any of their aﬃliates, liable for any decisions, actions or results that you make or experience due to your participation in this Retreat at any time, under any circumstance.
This is a closed retreat. I am asked to put aside time to experience the whole retreat, from welcome to closing, without leaving or coming and going. This maintains a safe, nurturing space for everyone throughout the retreat.
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by all attendees during the event. The information shared may be sensitive and proprietary, and you agree not to disclose it to anyone without written permission from Wild Women Hawai’i.
Photography and the recording of any persons other than yourself involved in the event are not allowed. Wild Women Hawai’i may take photos and videos or arrange for a trusted photographer, and you are welcome to share images that Wild Women Hawai'i shares in public.
We request that you disconnect from your phone as much as possible and give yourself a tech-free retreat. Please leave your phone on silent or shut down throughout the event.
You are encouraged to leave work behind during the event. If you must tend to work in any way, please do so privately.14. This retreat is not designed for the exploration of Hawaii or tourism-related activities. We settle into one location and sink into ourselves for the entire event. If you are new to the Big Island, we recommend taking a few days beforehand to explore the island on your own so you aren't itching to get out and explore during the retreat.
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, religious and political indoctrination and debate are unwelcome at all Wild Women Hawai’i events.
Women-empowered rituals, ceremonies, and songs may be included at this retreat.
This event is a network-free environment.
Marketing or distributing products in any way in the event space is prohibited.
Requesting or accepting money in exchange for products or services in the event space is prohibited.
Food at this event will be processed in a kitchen that produces dishes with milk, wheat, soybean, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, and egg products.
Dietary restrictions must be communicated on the registration form or caterer’s questionnaire. Because of the preparation needed, last-minute requests cannot be accommodated.
The schedule is subject to change without notice.
This event includes outdoor physical activities. You are trusted to know your limits and plan accordingly.
Abide by all rules and safety guidelines required by the venue and location where this event will take place.
Activities cannot be guaranteed if conditions are deemed unsafe.
You are voluntarily participating in all activities entirely at your own risk.
You are responsible for your own medical insurance and medical bills in case of an emergency.
911 may called against your will if deemed necessary, and you will be fully responsible for any charges or liabilities.
Contact Wild Women Hawai’i with full disclosure before booking if you have medical or other conditions that might aﬀect your or others' safety and enjoyment of the event.
If your health changes between the time of booking and the event, notify Wild Women Hawai’i before the day of the event.
You are financially and legally responsible for any damage or injury you may cause during the event.
Attendee Conduct: Wild Women Hawai’i requires all Attendees to be respectful to our staﬀ, hosts, and other attendees throughout the Retreat, even during non- scheduled downtime. Wild Women Hawai’i reserves the right to ask the Attendee to leave the Retreat location immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, or in possession of any illegal substance. In such case, the Attendee's fees for the Retreat will not be reimbursed under any circumstances and they will not receive any future services or correspondence from Wild Women Hawai’i.
As part of Wild Women Hawaii’s commitment to fostering sisterhood, you agree to attend all sharing circles and ceremonies during the Retreat.
Discounts cannot be honored or refunded after booking.
Special requests of any kind do not form part of this agreement, and Wild Women Hawai'i is not liable for not providing these requests.
Wild Women Hawai’i reserves the right to refuse service.

Hold Harmless Waiver

In consideration of the risk of injury while participating in Wild Women Hawai'i Events

(the “Activity”), and as consideration for being allowed to participate in the Activity, I

hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal

representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability

and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever

arising out of my participation in the Activity, and do hereby release and forever

discharge Wild Women Hawai’i LLC, aﬃliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys,

staﬀ, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns, for any

physical or psychological injury, including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death,

dismemberment, damages, economical or emotional loss, that I may suﬀer as a direct

result of my participation in the aforementioned Activity. I am voluntarily participating in

the aforementioned activity and I am participating in the activity entirely at my own risk.

I am aware of the risks associated with traveling to and from as well as participating in

the activity, which may include but are not limited to, physical or psychological injury,

pain, suﬀering, illness, disfigurement, and temporary or permanent disability. I

understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others’

negligence, travel conditions, or the activity location's condition. Nonetheless, I

assume all related risks, both known or unknown to me, of my participation in this

activity, including travel to, from, and during this activity. I agree to indemnify and hold

harmless Wild Women Hawai’i LLC against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any

kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation, or otherwise brought by me or

anyone on my behalf, including attorney fees and any related costs. This Agreement

was entered without duress or coercion and is to be interpreted as an agreement

between two parties of equal bargaining strength. Both the Participant and Wild

Women Hawai’i LLC agree that this Agreement is clear and unambiguous as to its

terms, and that no other evidence will be used or admitted to alter or explain the terms

of this Agreement, but that it will be interpreted based on the language in accordance

with the purposes for which it is entered into.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

I understand this retreat cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained

professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, mental, financial, medical,

psychological, or legal fields. We do not oﬀer any professional personal, medical,

financial, or legal advice and none of the information contained in the Retreat should be

confused as such advice.

Neither Wild Women Hawai’i LLC nor their assigns, sponsors, speakers, partners,

contractors or any of their aﬃliates will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential,

special, exemplary or other damages to the Attendee or the Attendee's business,

including economic loss, that may result from participation in the Retreat or from the

use of, or the inability to use, the materials, information, or strategies communicated

through the Retreat or any products or services provided pursuant to the Retreat, even

if advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will Wild Women Hawai’i LLC be liable for any special or

consequential damages that result from Attendee's participation in the Retreat.

To be clear: You, the Attendee, alone are responsible and accountable for your

decisions, actions and results in life, and by your participation in our Retreat, you agree

not to attempt to hold us, Wild Women Hawai’i LLC nor our assigns, sponsors,

speakers, partners, contractors or any of their aﬃliates, liable for any decisions, actions

or results that you make or experience in business or in life due to your participation in

this Retreat at any time, under any circumstance.

INFECTIOUS VIRUSES OR ILLNESS

By participating in this event, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and

other illnesses and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by

COVID-19 or other illnesses by attending the activity and that such exposure or

infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I

understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 or other

illnesses during this activity may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of

myself and others, including, but not limited to volunteers and program participants

and their families. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based

on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Wild Women Hawai’i LLC whether a

COVID-19 or other infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Wild

Women Hawai’i event.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-COMPETE

Attendee hereby understands that the tools, processes, strategies, materials, and

information presented in the Retreat are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to

Wild Women Hawai'i and agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach, or train from

the Retreat materials in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission

of Wild Women Hawai'i. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary

concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is

prohibited, and Wild Women Hawai'i will pursue legal action and full damages if these

terms are violated to protect its rights.

Consent And Release For Use Of Photographs and Media

I (the Attendee) hereby give Wild Women Hawai’i and its respective employees, agents,

contractors, and assigns, the irrevocable and perpetual right, consent, and permission

to use, re-use, publish, and re-publish, create digitized images of, adapt, distribute,

transmit, and exhibit any photographs, slides, recordings, electronically created media,

other film images, and/or other likenesses or media, now known or hereafter to

become known, taken of me during my participation in this Wild Women Hawai’i event.

The photographs and/or images may be used in whole, or in part, individually or in

conjunction with other images in any medium and for any purpose, including, but not

limited to illustration, promotion, and advertising of the events and programs, and other

marketing programs related to promoting Wild Women Hawai’i. I hereby release, waive,

and discharge Wild Women Hawai’i from any and all claims, actions, loss, demands, or

liability arising out of, or in connection with, the use of the photographs and/or images

in any of the media described hereinabove.

By participating in the Retreat, I (the Attendee) understand that portions of the Retreat

may be recorded in video and/or captured in still and/or digital photographs. I agree

that Wild Women Hawai’i and its assigns have the right and permission to use such

recordings and photographs should they include the Attendee's name, likeness,

testimonial, or photograph for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose in any

media or format, online and/or oﬄine, now or hereafter without further compensation,

permission, or notification to the Attendee.

Attendee understands and agrees that all recordings from the Wild Women Hawai’i

events are the exclusive rights of Wild Women Hawai’i and Attendee does not ask for

or expect compensation for the use of recordings or photographs in which Attendee

appears. Wild Women Hawai’i owns all rights of any audio, video, and/or photograph

captured during the Retreat or at any other live events.
