The Hearth Circle
A space to gather.
A place to be held.
The Hearth Circle is a facilitated gathering for women seeking meaningful connection and steady, nurturing space. Each gathering is thoughtfully guided, with a gentle structure and flow prepared in advance to support depth, safety, and a sense of belonging.
Your presence is not just welcomed — it enriches our time together.
You are invited to arrive just as you are, without needing to prepare or bring anything but yourself. There is no expectation to perform, advise, or offer. Simply come, be held, and participate within the gentle rhythm of the circle.
The Hearth Circle is intentionally led to provide grounding, care, and clear boundaries.
This is not a space for co-creating, leading, or deep personal processing. While we share and witness one another with respect, we honor the balance between speaking, listening, and holding space as a collective.
Women’s Sanctuary
A place where we can be ourselves and have a voice.
For those who’ve been wondering…
Will we be learning dance?
No. This is not a dance class or instructional space. However, you can expect gentle somatic methods woven into each gathering — including breathwork, meditation, and subtle movement — to help relieve symptoms of stress and anxiety, support embodiment, and foster a deeper connection to yourself.
Will there be Dance Release or free dancing?
Not likely. Dance or free movement is not part of the planned structure. That said, if the spirit of the circle stirs it forth naturally in the future, we can discuss the possibility.
What you can expect is a space of real sharing, deep listening, and gentle ways to come home to your body and voice. My signature sharing circle will remain at the heart of each gathering — a steady thread for those returning and a warm welcome for those joining for the first time. Each circle will be thoughtfully held, like tending a hearth: steady, warm, and spacious enough for what is most needed to rise.
What to Expect
Each gathering follows a steady, nurturing rhythm. You can expect a blend of gentle movement, guided reflection, personal reflections and gentle sharing, along with quiet time for journaling or meditation. The flow is designed to help you arrive fully, settle into the space, connect with yourself, and share in sisterhood — all within a carefully held container.
No prior experience or preparation is needed. Just bring yourself.
About Your Facilitator
The Hearth Circle is guided by Michelle Gallagher Escobar, an experienced circle facilitator with advanced training in somatic practices and embodied movement. This ensures a steady, nurturing flow where each woman’s experience is honored with care and intention.
Accessibility & Comfort
The studio is designed for floor-seated gatherings on a wood floor space. While soft blankets and a few optional floor cushions are available, chairs are not provided. If you have specific seating needs or mobility concerns, please contact me directly so we can discuss options and make sure you feel supported.
Note: Because gatherings are held in a private home studio and participation is by choice, full public space accommodation is not required. However, I am always open to discussing individual needs in the spirit of care and inclusion.
A Note About Our Space
While heartfelt emotions and authentic expression are welcomed as part of our shared experience, The Hearth Circle is not a therapeutic or coaching space. It is not designed for deep personal processing or emotional release beyond what the circle can gently hold.
This is also not a space for business networking or promoting services or products. Our focus remains on genuine connection and shared experience.
If you are currently seeking support for significant anxiety or emotional release, one-on-one somatic work with Michelle will be available soon and may better serve your needs at this time, or she can help refer you to a professional therapist at your request.
