A local sisterhood for women who want to gather close to home. The Hearth Circle is a steady space to return to. It is rooted, authentic, and held in rhythm. We meet in person each month, sitting together in seasonal cycles as quiet trust deepens over time. No performance. No fixing. Just honest presence and shared breath.

Embodied Support for Anxiety, Grounding, and Regulation

A quiet, one-on-one space for women moving through anxiety, overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection. These in-person sessions unfold at a gentle pace, grounded in somatic tools that draw on breath, movement, and embodied presence.
