Your Facilitator

Michelle Gallagher Escobar, MA

Women’s Somatic & Mindfulness Facilitator

I created Wild Women Hawaiʻi out of a desire to offer women down-to-earth authentic spaces of pressure-free belonging and heart-led mindfulness in a calming environment. This offering is designed for busy women —teachers, mothers, leaders, caregivers, overthinkers— who are used to setting their own well-being aside just to make it through to tomorrow. Here, time stops just long enough for you to settle, check in with yourself, and rest deeply. You have nothing to prove, perform, or earn here; all that is required is an alignment with what this space offers.

Holding a Master’s degree in Dance, a background in education, and ongoing specialized study in Somatic Experiencing®, authentic movement, and Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness, I don't follow a single training method. Instead I draw from the most-loved aspects of several methods including my own. My work has naturally evolved into a calming, bespoke blend of embodied movement, mindfulness, and nervous system support.

Alignment Form

Because this is a specialized environment designed for group co-regulation and nervous system health, preregistration requires a brief Alignment Form prior to booking. You will receive an email within 24 hours after submitting the form.

Due to the integrity and privacy of this offering, drop-ins are not available.

Transparency & Informed Consent:

This space is a supportive complement to personal wellness and is not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment.
