Some women have shared with me that the idea of stepping into a women’s circle makes them feel a little nervous, and I completely understand why. Perhaps you have been in past spaces where you felt an underlying pressure to prove your worth, or where you were pushed to share more of your inner life than felt safe at the time. Maybe you have witnessed circles that felt exclusive, or environments where absolute openness was demanded before genuine trust had a chance to organically grow. I want to speak directly to those hesitations, because the circle is the quiet heart of everything I do at Wild Women Hawaiʻi, but it is likely not the kind of space you are picturing.

In our container, you never have to perform, produce, or prove your alignment. You do not have to recount your life story, nor do you have to figure out the perfect thing to say before you arrive. You do not even have to speak a single word.

In this space, your silence is deeply welcome. Your tears, your laughter, and your exhaustion are equally welcome, alongside whatever version of yourself shows up on that particular day. We gather together to listen, not to impress each other. We come to soften our armor and to remember that we deeply belong, even in our most quiet, guarded places. This is a space that asks absolutely nothing of you but your simple presence, a soft place that lets you arrive, settle your nervous system, and just be.

Warmly,

Michelle
