Wild Women Hawaiʻi specializes in women's gatherings, ocean-based somatic practices, somatic anxiety coaching, and nervous system regulation in Hilo. We offer a dedicated space for community and somatic healing through small-group women's immersions, candlelight sanctuary spaces, ocean therapy, and forest therapy. Our experiences are intentionally designed to help high-functioning women downshift, drop their armor, and find a lasting sense of restoration, healing, community belonging, and reconnection within their own bodies.

Wild Women Hawai'i is a woman-led initiative offering down-to-earth spaces for restoration, where the only requirements are authenticity and kindness. By gathering in kinship, whether you are deeply rooted in the islands or newly arriving, each woman’s journey is honored. We welcome you to slow down and find comfort within your place in the circle.
Within every woman, there is a wild and natural creature, a powerful force, filled with good instincts, passionate creativity, and ageless knowing.
